Home made soup ready in 30 mins…yes!

I love a sweet potato (if you hadn’t guessed) blended with a bunch of spices, this is better than the shop stuff (also quicker than heading to sainsburys to grab some)

To make add roughly chopped sweet potato to garlic, ginger, Thai red paste, coriander, stock cube and coconut milk…and a squeeze of lime
